Export / Import

Use Export / Import to move data between computers (e.g. home ↔ church). Export your full backup at home, save to Google Drive or USB, then Import on the church computer. Services are merged on import — existing ones updated, new ones added.

Import Historical Logs

Import past sermon or baptism data from a CSV file (e.g. from Airtable). Existing entries with matching IDs will be updated; new rows added.

Library

The event library contains default role values for each event type. If you have customised the library, you can reset it to the built-in defaults here.

Display

Markup Colors

Define the color shortcuts you can use inside any editable cell.
Color: $keyword text — colors from here to next color command or end of cell.
Use $$ to reset all formatting mid-line: $r *5* $$ Key Off — only "5" is bold red.
Bold: *text*   Italic: _text_ — independent of color, can be combined: *$r 5*
Classic syntax still works: [keyword]your text[/keyword]   [b]bold[/b]   [i]italic[/i]
